Namaste Pizza Crust
Namaste Foods pizza crust is the best tasting and the easiest to work with of all the gluten free pizza crusts I have tried. It is made from brown rice flour, tapioca flour, arrowroot flour. The directions on the package are correct and will make a great crust. I use a non-stick pizza pan and the crust comes out thin yet firm enough to pick up your slice - not crunchy and not too soft. It's just right!
For an easy pizza, use canned pizza sauce and grated soy, rice or almond mozzarella (cheeze is always optional). My favorite toppings are red onions, sliced mushrooms, spinach, red pepper and sliced tomatoes.
Make the crust according to the package directions. Top with pizza sauce (don't be skimpy here). Sprinkle with dried oregano, basil and garlic and crushed red chiles or use fresh herbs if you have them. Top with the veggies of your choice, sprinkle with cheeze and bake until hot.
For a Mexican pizza, try diced green chiles, sliced jalapeños, tomatoes, spinach and soy quesadilla cheeze.
