Guacamole is always popular at a party. Lots of lime juice makes this recipe delicious. Serve with chips, celery stix, carrot stix, red pepper stix or cucumbers.
Ingredients:
12 ripe avocados, reserve 4 pits
Juice of 3 limes
1 clove garlic - minced
2 jalapeños, minced
½ red onion, minced
½ - 1 tsp sea salt
Put the lime juice in a large mixing bowl. Scrape avocados out of their shells and into the bowl, stirring them periodically into the juice to keep them from turning brown. Add the remaining ingredients. Mash with a potato masher until smooth. Transfer to a serving bowl. Add 4 pits to the bowl to keep the guacamole from turning brown. Chill until ready to serve.
